Founder John Li, CPA, brings extensive real estate tax experience, having worked at PwC and served as Controller at Property Resources Corp, a leading affordable housing developer in New York. His hands-on experience managing tax and accounting for large-scale real estate projects gives him unique insight into the industry's financial challenges.
As a real estate investor himself, John has experience managing the tax and accounting for SFR rental portfolios across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama, allowing him to offer practical, investment-driven tax strategies.
